It's no wonder even an ordinary bowl of cold Cheng Tng taste so wonderfully nice. It was actually their signature dish along with some new dishes that was added to the menu after the tv show. The fragrance of the soup can be smell even before I put the spoon into my mouth. Later, learnt that 3 different types of dates were used to make the soup. Thumbs up for this cold dessert on a super hot day.
