Signature Dishes
I was craving for some frozen yogurt at 8pm after work and decided to meet my friend before heading home to get some. First thought was Berrylite at eastpoint. It was near and i have always wanted to try them. They dont have much sits there. They only have 2 chair and a table, that was all. They should really consider another table or two. So i bought some cookies and cream flavor yogurt and topped with oreo crumble. Prefect combination. It was surprisingly good. Not so sour like how other yogurts are. Really good.

Due to high calories in the ice cream, i have decided to replace my ice cream liking to yogurts. THe yogurts here are quite value for money as the portion is generous and at the same time not too sweet and really good for health. I can still continue to enjoy the cooling creamy yogurt without worrying the fating content in it already as the yogurts here are with very minimum calories and zero percent fats in it. I also like it with some fresh strawberries and water melon on it which added that extra flavour to it and more delicious as well.

Craving for a light and healthy dessert, I decided to have yoghurt at Berrylite. I ordered the original yoghurt with peach toppings. The yoghurt is creamy and delicious, much needed on a warm day. The peach toppings are generous as it covers the whole cup. It costs around $5 for the yoghurt.

Whats an alternative to ice-cream? Yogurt of course! Its a healthier alternative and there's so many flavors to pick from as well! I am a total sucker for frozen yoghurt! From yami yoghurt to frolick to yoguru. I totally love them all. I love frozen yoghurts! The yoghurt here at berry lite is really smooth, it is not too creamy and taste really light. I added fruity pebbles on top to give it a contrast in taste. most importantly, they are 100% FAT FREE!

After dinner, I decided to eat dessert. As I was thinking what to eat, BerryLite caught my eyes. The number of types of toppings really amazed me. Toppings like pormegranate, nata de coco, pomelo and the various cereals which are not common in yogurt houses. First bite, the toppings were fresh and the yogurt soft, a tinee bit too strong of the "cultured" taste for me but besides that, its quite a great choice if you would like something different and light after meals.Its better as you get to taste different flavours of yogurt everyday, take fruits and healthy cultures~
