I was craving for some frozen yogurt at 8pm after work and decided to meet my friend before heading home to get some. First thought was Berrylite at eastpoint. It was near and i have always wanted to try them. They dont have much sits there. They only have 2 chair and a table, that was all. They should really consider another table or two. Craving for a light and healthy dessert, I decided to have yoghurt at Berrylite. I ordered the original yoghurt with peach toppings. The yoghurt is creamy and delicious, much needed on a warm day. The peach toppings are generous as it covers the whole cup. It costs around $5 for the yoghurt.

Whats an alternative to ice-cream? Yogurt of course! Its a healthier alternative and there's so many flavors to pick from as well! I am a total sucker for frozen yoghurt! From yami yoghurt to frolick to yoguru. I totally love them all. I love frozen yoghurts! The yoghurt here at berry lite is really smooth, it is not too creamy and taste really light. I added fruity pebbles on top to give it a contrast in taste. most importantly, they are 100% FAT FREE!

After dinner, I decided to eat dessert. As I was thinking what to eat, BerryLite caught my eyes. The number of types of toppings really amazed me. Toppings like pormegranate, nata de coco, pomelo and the various cereals which are not common in yogurt houses.
