Happen to visit this chinese restaurant again during a company function over the weekend and get the chance to try their cold dessert. Their mango sago tastes really delicious and was really surprise by its great taste even though the presentation looks really simple and unattractive. The mango cream is very smooth and full of the natural fragrant from the mango. However it may be abit too sweet. The sago is soft and chewy which goes really well with the mango cream.

This creamy 'orange' soup really has that special flavour and fragrant in it. Not only it has the sweetness from the lobster meat, the cream used in it is also very fresh and make the soup really thick and creamy. The dumplings, which is also the 'xiao long bao' are chewy and filled with generous amount of juicy meat in it. The combination of the dumplings and the soup really gave me surprise and I simply love it and look forward to more special creation from BOSSES.

I would like to highlight the Ginseng Oolong Tea @ $1.80/pax.Also, my main visit to Bosses is always to eat their Crispy Aromatic Duck @ $25 for half-duck. I used to order this whenever I'm in a popular Hong Long restaurant in London. But it seems that in S'pore, this is is only restaurant I found that serves the same version of Crispy Duck. The photo didn't do justice to the dish. It tastes much better than it looks. The skin is very crispy & the waiter will shred the meat upon serving. Complet

It was my boss's treat at Bosses in celebration of a happy occasion. I really like the interior atmosphere of this restaurant, black and silver. I also like its translation in Chinese, haha. The lunch was great, we had a wide spread, as shown in the pictures, and they speak a thousand words. The highlight was the famous steaming hot custard buns. I call them the Chinese dessert of molten lava cake. The rich custard oozed out as I tore the bun into half.

For a person who likes black very much, I love the way this restaurant is designed. It's dark interior with the chandelier lightings exudes a soothing feel. Good place to dine with a good view of the opposite island..I like the starter crackers and walnuts they served as well as the Shark's Cartilage Soup, Wasabi Prawns,Seafood Fried Rice with XO Sauce. Their Tim Sum is great too, especially their famous custard buns!

I've been to Bosses a few times and I must say the quality of the food is really fantastic. I would always order their shark cartilage soup. This is really creamy and it doesn't have a fishy taste. As we wanted a veg dish, so we saw the recommendation in the menu, Fried Tofu with salted egg. It sounded really interesting but it was quite disappointing. There was no taste of salted egg at all. The tofu was fried and served on kailan with oyster sauce. The tofu was soaked in the oyster sauce thus it became soggy at the bottom.

They also serve a variety of dim sum items. Unfortunately since there were only 2 of us, we only managed to order their xiao long baos. Very juicy! Be careful not to break the bao when you picked it up from the basket.

Overall, I have always been a great fan of Bosses. Hopefully next time I will try their famous Liu Sha Bao.

Been to Bosses a few times already. Really quite like their food. The quality of the food is there and their serving is generous! Their fried la mian is very nice too, not soggy, quite 'Q' infact.

Is a must try restaurant! love the ambience too.

They are now having a great daily special. We had the fish at only $ 9.90!! The fish is very fresh and the chai po blend well with the fish. But the fish we ordered has fish scale on it. Their ma po to fu is silky and smooth. Not as spicy as other restaurant. Overall is great but the service is not up to the standard. The food served very slow, we waited for more than half an hour for the food. The staff shows impatient when we ask whether our food is ready.
