I love hanging out at this place during lunch time to avoid the crowd! and the food are extremely cheap too.During promotion time bubble tea are range from 70 cents onwards, and i love how they made the waffle with plenty filling and selling only 1.20. Very school canteen kind of food and brings back all my childhood memory where u crave for a simple fish burger after a long day at school! It is not an ordinary burger, they added a slice of cheese and lots of mayonnaise! Besides, they do have some wide range of snacks too like fries, hot dog and etc. Friendly boss, and regular gets discount too!

Food there is tasty. Reasonable price. Ate 2 plain waffles at $1 each. It's crispy on the outside and soft and tender in the inside. The best one I have ate so far! Too many types of set meals to choose! I chose set meal 22 and had a feast! The bubble tea was so nice, rating 5/5. Feels better than koi!! The fries are less salty, food are less oily. Worth to try!! Spent around $10 and ate burger, onion rings, fries, bubble tea, waffles and popcorn chicken! MUST TRY!! Also bought a fried strawberry ice cream! Perfect!
