This place looks like a family oriented environment, I was just dropping by this place to pickup some documents from ex colleagues and he asked me to try the food here. I already had my dinner elsewhere so only tried their dessert.I ordered : Chocolate cake with cream, and a cute surprising chocolate stick sticks out of it. The chocolate cake was moist and rich , topped with fresh crème. I will bring my friends here if we’re headed north again!

Fish & Chips

We ordered two starters to share and one main each (not pictured above - one of Buckaroo's signatures, the Ribeye Steak).

As you can see, the Clam Chowder is served in a bread bowl. The soup's really fantastic, and this is coming from someone who isn't a fan of clam chowder! For the awesome Escargot, we had half a dozen. Each piece is covered in butter and garlic, and this starter comes with two rectangular blocks of fresh bread. Needless to say, they go well with the garlic butter.

The Fish & Chips was slightly above average, with nice crispy skin that's not too "gelad" and thick, tender fish meat on the inside. The portion is HUGE, but then again I paid $19.90 for this so... it was worth it. Couldn't finish it though! The Ribeye Steak should be your default order when coming here since Buckaroo is known for steak, if not, then you have to go with the Buffalo Wings - which I just wasn't in the mood for today. Too bad, maybe next time!

All in all, we spent about $100 for 2 mains, 2 starters and 4 drinks. Not too shabby, I suppose.

My friends and I still could smile before eating it. Until...we each had 1 mouth of the wing and after the count of 3, effects took place! Our mouths started to burn, eyes tearing, nose leaking and after about 30 secs, stomach at WAR! The feeling was way worst than drinking alcohol. None of us continued eating after that single mouth. Sadly, each plate had 6 wingsand they were gone to waste. I could not imagine what if some stray cats or dogs went to lick it. I drank 4 glasses of water after tak

Buckaroo BBQ & Grill is well known for their buffalo wings. I ordered a basket of non-spicy buffalo wings which costs around $10. These wings go really well with ice cold beer. The chicken meat is tender and well grilled at the right heat. I like the way the chicken wings are being marinated.

i went to buckaroo bbq and grill with my girlfriend. it is quite a nice place. Rather quiet and comfortable. We ordered their pizza. It was really good. the crust was very thin and crispy. the ingredients were simply a lot and it tasted really good. we also ordered their chicken wings, like sunset bar, they have various level of spiciness. We opted the level 2. It was rather spicy already but it was really good.

Interesting interior with red indian artifacts all over the compound. What is more amazing is that although is nestled in the midst of some private estates and not really near to public transport, it is still able to draw a good amount of crowd. For starters, we ordered the onion rings. For starters, we ordered the onion rings. The presentation is very interesting. Normally, when you have onion rings, the dish will be served on a plate. But this one is served on what looks like a kitchen towel holder. Love the onion rings because it is not too oily and you can still taste the entire piece of onion underneath the flour coating. S$11.80.

We decided to go for Level 3 after our not-so-fantastic experience in Sunset. The service crew, a Burmese guy, told us that he has not tried level 3 because he could only take level 2. After trying level 3, we realise what he meant. The spiciness numbs the mouth and burns from within the walls of our stomach. We didn't manage to finish the wings. $28.80 (1 dozen)

I'm not an Escargot fan but because my friends love it, I went with the flow. Tried 2 and still have not acquired the taste. Maybe I haven't tasted the best. $26.80 (1 dozen)

For main course, I had pork loin chop. I was given 2 choices to choose from. Either apple sauce or mushroom sauce. I selected mushroom and it was good. The pork was juicy and thick. One of the better ones I tried. The portion is just right for one. $24.80

My friend brought me to a special place to eat and drink at Buckaroo, it was It was a hidden find, small roads opposite Sembawang Park. I find it unique and makes it very exclusive. That day not too crowded, my friend told me it could be crowded. We paid about $50 for 2 pax, food not too bad and service was acceptable. Quite some time never go, maybe ask my hubby whether want to go there this coming weekend.
