Back to back, I came to eat their Soupy Fishball in the morning. As usual, the snaking queue formed in front of the stall. All age-ranged and races were longing for unique handmade Fishball. My colleague went to the queue while I was sitting to reserve our seats, I noticed the orders were never-ending, seriously! I heard my colleague said that the fishball noodle stall here was not open in daily basis, I was so lucky to have a chance to try it out today. Queue was quite long during lunch time, had our patience to wait. Cannot comment or request too much for your order, the boss will get angry.Noodles were perfectly tender and spongy, the boss threw and boiled the noodles skillfully. I always wanted to try the noodles from this stall but I give up when I saw the long queue. This store is aways frequented by lots of people and when I saw those patrons taking the noodles, the noodles seems delicious.My chance came when I visited the place at a weekday, when I saw the queue is short. The queue at Chao Zhou Fishball Noodle is never ending. Chao Zhou Fishball Noodle started in 1968 and is managed by a old couple. It only opens for 4 days! I mean which hawker stall can do that! My friend who stayed at Toa Payoh introduced me this famous chao zhou fishball noodles. I am actually not a fishball fans, but i got to say that the noodles sold by this stall definitely worth a try. The proportions of chillies and ketchups sauce are well balanced, and mixed well with the springy noodles. Well, their fishballs to, are very fresh, juicy and springy. and the price is very reasonable.

This stall always has a long queue every seconds of the day,whether sun or rain as i used to stay in the flat opposite this stall and i still go to the flat even on a weekday now as my parents still live there and never once there's no queue and they operate only a few hours in the morning.The fishballs here are so soft and tasty that even if i'm to order a normal bowl of fishballs noodles soup at $2.50,i will still add $1 for 3 extra fishballs.The soup here is equally tasty and no wonder i can
