Attracted by the signboard, it said charcoal roasted. It gotten me to think of those old school type of roasted meat and prompted me to give it a try. Apparently it did not disappoint me. I love my sio bak to be in chunky pieces and my char siew to be in thick slices, and this stall has definitely met my above requirements. Both meats were roasted to perfection.
