I went with my family to chui xiang kitchen at changi village. My mother read about this place on the newspaper and thought we give it a try. We ordered their chilli crab, sweet and sour pork, sautee beef with ginger and onion, fu yong omelet, sambal kang kong and cereal prawn. It was so good, the cereal prawn was very fresh, it was very juicy. the kang kong is very crunchy and the sambal is not too spicy as well. The beef is very tender and the crab is very fresh and juicy.

It is at one end of a row of shops in Changi Village. It has an outdoor sitting and air-con indoor sitting. They did not mind that we had a small dog with us at the outdoor sitting. They are like an upmarket Zhi Char stall but the food and quality is above average. The portion size is smaller than the usual zhi char stall for the same price range, but the tasty food more than make up for it. We were served sliced picker as appetizer; this were well season and crunchy. The stir fry long with dried

The stir fry long with dried shrimp was not bad but not like the Szechuan style which is more char.

This is the first time I am having Mongolian Tofu. Normally Mongolian sauce is cooked with meat, surprising it goes very well with the fried tofu which is crispy on the outside but soft on the inside.

We ordered the slice Pork Trotter Ham which was lean and comes with a chilli sauce. This is one of my favourite among the dishes that we ordered.

Another tasty dish which I like is Marmite Pork Ribs. Can eat a lot of rice with the sauce. The pork was tender and the Marmite sauce has the right consistency which coats the lightly battered pork ribs.
