Costing only $1.80, this dessert is known for its health benefits, though gingko may actually be a myth for improving memory. the barley is cooling and not too sweet, and there were several gingko nuts spotted in the dessert. it's a warm dish, thuThis is a famous dessert among cantonese, usually taken by pregnant women as it is said as to help the unborn baby to have a fairer skin. I'm not sure if its' true though!the shop is located beside the escalator (facing the cathay).

The "ice-mountain" was not appealing as it somehow give a rough feel, I will prefer finer ice. Coconut milk was not poured over the toppings and instead buried below the mountain of ice. As the bowl size was quite limited, we have to be additional careful while scooping the coconut milk and pour over the toppings.

Queuing time was horribly long. The whole dining experience was quite time-consuming, from searching for seats to queuing for the main course as well as desserts. There was only one lady preparing the desserts despite the long queue.
Be prepared to wait!
