Check out the myriad of delicious ingredients packed within their thin and translucent skinned kuehs! I'll let the pictures do the talking.

Fatt Soon Kueh has 2 branches, one at bedok and the other at bugis. I like that the skin of the kuehs are thin but it would be better if the filling is more! This is my first time trying the chives kueh and I must say that it is either you like or dont like it. For me, i don't like the taste as it is really literally filled with chives which is too overpowering for me. I like soon kuehs the best, which consist of turnip, carrots, dried shrimps and mushroom. 2 of them is peanut filling and 1 gr

2 of them is peanut filling and 1 green bean filling (I suppose). Actually, I told the aunty that I wanted 2 peanut and 1 green tea, however I guess the aunty heard wrongly and packed in green bean instead :/ . Anyway, I don't really like the peanut filling but I thought that the green bean one was not bad.

This stall sells Soon Kueh (大笋粿), Ku-Chye Kueh (韭菜粿), Png Kueh (饭桃) and Ang Ku Kueh (红龟粿) at $2 for 3 pieces. Soon Kueh is filled with shredded turnip, and dried shrimps. Ku-Chye Kueh is stuffed with chopped chives. Feels that the chives is not flavourful enough. Prefers some minced dried shrimps in it for added flavour.

The skin of the Png kueh is made from Tapioca and Rice flour, with inside filled with glutinous rice, mushrooms, fried shallots , fried shrimps and peanuts. Ang Ku Kueh comes with 2 main fillings : Mung Beans and Peanut Fillings.

Fatt Soon Kueh sells mini soon kueh at I think 3 for $2; they also have mini rice kueh and ang ku kueh as well, which makes a good snack for afternoon tea. I got their soon kueh - the skin was alright, not too chewy or thick, and the amount of vegetables within is a lot. The soon kueh was also not too salty, and was rather flavourful even without chilli sauce or sweet sauce.

The soon keuh sold is popular amongst residents staying at bedok and each soon kuek taste chewy and soft. Each soon kueh is wrapped with well stuffed vegetables and also sprinkled with black sesame seeds. the vegetables are not too salty and taste well with the wrapping outside. The chili and black sauce are also recommended to go with the soon kueh to heighten the taste. Overall quite a nice soon kueh wich is bite size and really chewy and fresh!

I bought the 4 mini soon kuehs for my afternoon snack. I paid $2.00 for 4 of them. The filling is the usual turnip and carrot. It has got a taste of dried shrimps. A small packet of the chilli is given with the soon kuehs. The spiciness of the soon kueh is quite intense. This stall is not only famous for their soon kueh but also mini rice glutinous kueh. The mini rice glutinous kueh came in a set of 5 for $3.00. Recommended.

I am a fan of kuehs and love to try the kuehs from which ever stall that i pass by. I am around the bedok interchange area and my friend recommend me to try the kueh from Fatt Soon Kueh. I ordered both the soon kueh and the rice kueh to try. As expected, the kueh tasted nice and especially the rice kueh which really should be fried before eating.

I came across this stall by chance. This stall offers different type of handmade kueh like the ang gu keuh, glutinous rice kueh, soon kueh and others. I decided to take away some glutinous rice kueh and soon kueh for breakfast for the next day. I usually have them refrigerated and pan-fried it when i wanted to eat it. They are selling 3 x glutinous rice kueh or soon keuh for $1.80 and if take 5 pieces then it will be $3.00. Both type of kueh are rather small in size. Their soon kueh came in tra

They are selling 3 x glutinous rice kueh or soon keuh for $1.80 and if take 5 pieces then it will be $3.00. Both type of kueh are rather small in size. Their soon kueh came in translucent skin with generous fillings like carrot, turnips in it. The glutinous rice kueh came in soft skin with glutinous rice filling and little pieces of mushroom in it.

I will be back for more.

I seldom get to people selling Abacus, and this is one of my favourite food. This stall serves very nice Abacus, which is moist and chewy. The gravy that accompany the abacus blend very well with it . I must say this is one of the best that I have eaten so far. I also tried their ang gu kueh. I find that the filling is abit coarse, I can still see the yellow bean. For me , I do prefer it to be smooth. So the ang gu kueh is definitely not for my taste.
