This is one of my favorite dinner places for a healthy and tasty meal. The mini steamboat here is sold at only $4 per bowl and you can have a choice of meat from: seafood, fried fish, fresh fish slices, pork slices, chicken slices or assorted (different types of meat balls etc). There's also a choice of either herbal or chicken soup base. I prefer the herbal soup base which is tastier than the chicken soup base.- Mini steamboat menuThere is a really huge & wide variety of ingredients inside each

- Mini steamboat menu

There is a really huge & wide variety of ingredients inside each steamboat (with at least 2 slices/pieces of each ingredient). Here's a list:
Crab sticks
Chinese black mushrooms
Enoki mushrooms
Cauliflower
Beancurd skin
Carrot
Premium vermicelli (冬粉) - the thicker version you get for japanese or korean steamboats
Lots of chinese white cabbage
Xiao bai cai (小白菜)
Bittergourd
Wolfberries
Choice of meat

- Fried fish mini steamboat in herbal soup

Four generous pieces of fried fish were given for the fried fish mini steamboat in herbal soup. The batter for the fish is not too thick and the fish were fresh and well-marinated.

- Pork mini steamboat in herbal soup

There were at least 10 slices of pork given for the pork mini steamboat in herbal soup. The sweetness of the freshly cooked pork slices added another dimension to the soup base and made it even tastier.

- Showing the "high-class" vermicelli (冬粉)

You can choose to order a bowl of rice ($0.50) or just eat the steamboat on its own, which is what I did. That seemed to be a really popular choice with the lady patrons. You'll feel really satisfied after your meal, knowing that you have eaten lots of fresh (note: no withered vegetables given!) and tasty vegetables for your healthy, balanced meal.
