Gravity Bar (Closed)

Had a happy gathering with my ex-colleagues in this posh restaurant and was really glad that we visited here. The restaurant is very spacious and the furnishings here are also very trendy. The sofa seats are very comfortable and the service here is also very good too. Tried their fried mid wings and was really in love with it. The marination used make the chicken meat really fragrant and appetitizing. The meat is also very juicy too.

This restaurant has really nice environment and the service here is really good and prompt. I had a high tea session a group of my favourite girlfriends we decided to get their high tea set. The mini sliced cakes presented to us looks really nice in appearance. And with no surprise they all taste great as well. Especially like to eat their american cheese cake as the cheese flavour is very thick and creamy. It is not too sweet and goes very well with a cup of their freshly brewed coffee.

Was having a high tea session with a group of girlfriends in this really nice and cosy cafe bar. The staffs here are very friendly and the environment definitely will make you feel very comfortable and the posh design in this cafe bar certainly will left you a very pleasant impression after you leave here. Had tried their sandwich and unfortunately not really to my liking as thei sandwich bread is abit too plain and the raw salmon was quite bland in flavour too. The price is defnitely abit too

This newly opened Gravity Bar at Calton Hotel sure has that very fancyful and cosy dining enviroment here. Had a high tea session here over one of the weekend and was quite impressed by the service, environment and tasty desserts as well. The cheese cake is not overly fragrant with really nice and thick cream cheese use in this desserts. The berries tart is very crispy and the smooth custard in it is not too sweet as well. Quite a nice experience there.

This hot custard dessert looks pretty small in portion but the taste is quite special and memorable. Lots of creamy not too sweet custard is in the center of this dessert. On top of it is a really light fluffy egg white that can almost melt in your mouths during every mouthful of it. It is served to you really hot so do be careful with the bowl that served to you. Gravity Bar features a contemporary settings with cool cozy lights, large plush seats and wide walking space. Like their appetitzer mushroom scoon which is crispy outside and with the melted cheese and chopped mushroom inside that make the taste so unique. You may be pleased to note that the beverages are served with warmed milk, a standard which could only be found in high-end cafes. Indeed, the service level here is top notch as the service staffs are observant and always prompt in serving
