My hubby and I went to Tanglin Halth Market for our breakfast a couple of weeks back. We ordered a variety of dishes to eat so that we can have some of each and the siew mai here is really good. I like how there is a balance between fatty and lean meat used inside the siew mai, and it is very fresh tasting. The siew mai is also not too salty either. I also like the har gow for its crunchy and fresh prawns and relatively thin skin. We don't mind coming back again just to try out their other dim sum dishes. continue reading
