Hao He Xiang Hong Kong Dim Sum (Closed)

As my colleagues and I still have a little stomach space after our breakfast of coffee and toast at the hawker centre, we decided to order siew mais to share. We ordered 4 pieces, one piece for each one of us. The siew mai's colour is quite vibrant and is quite enticing. The taste did not disappoint as well, it is firstly not too greasy and the meat is also quite lean and not too overly saltish. This dim sum shop has been in ang mo kio for a very long time. They have quite a variety of bao and fried food. Personally I like the tou sha bao. The filling is rich, the skin in not very thick as well. Best thing is this shop open very early, so you can grab some dim sum before your school or work.
