I was surprised to find a stall in a shopping mall food court which sell steamboat, normally is those mini steamboat where you can only choose what meat you want and the staff will pack everything into a plate for you. But for this stall, you can actually choose the dishes you want, like the yong tau foo style. Too bad I was alone and there was no one to share with me an entire pot so I opted for their hot plates. But for this stall, you can actually choose the dishes you want, like the yong tau foo style. Too bad I was alone and there was no one to share with me an entire pot so I opted for their hot plates. I ordered their spicy chicken. The portion is really a lot. One pile of chicken meat. They stir fry it with chilli, you can see the chilli bits among the chicken cubes. It was flavoured just right, spicy enough for me. the meat was very tender and goes well with rice. I was very satisfied.
