Whether it is weekdays or weekends,you can see long queues here as their breakfast which consist of local delights are cheap and nice.Their porridge is very simple and very tasty at 80 cents for plain porridge with peanuts or $1.50 with shedded chickens.The bak chang(dumplings),chee cheong fun and yam cakes comes with very nice sweet or chilli sauces.And of course their economical bee hoons and mees are also hot favourites.Somehow my favourite is still the porridge as i cant describe the traditional taste which you cant find in most porridge.Maybe you should try and you will know what i mean,it's a different kind of taste that is fragrant and linger in your tastebud..and we are talking about a simple bowl of porridge which you cant find elsewhere.
