A favourite amongst the public, Char Kway Teow was popular at local food chain. Given a choice between Mee and Kway Teow, I opted to purely Kway Teow. Boss started to fry after accepting my order, his action was skillful. Stall was well-maintained and hygiene, price was stated clearly too.Serving up a plate of tempting delicious, it looked darkening attractive. Nobody can resist, entire was aromatic yet oily. I was not saying the taste was not good, but the Char Kway Teow should be moist enough.

Serving up a plate of tempting delicious, it looked darkening attractive. Nobody can resist, entire was aromatic yet oily. I was not saying the taste was not good, but the Char Kway Teow should be moist enough. Portion was huge and filling, it was $4.50. I would mind to buy if there was no long queue, affordable and quick lunch.

I ordered Char Kway Teow, neatly plated , the noodles released a natural heat-containing smokescreen (steam), and it was moist but not oily at all. Fantastic wok hei taste. And I found 10 generous pieces of precious cockles! They were fresh, not bloody (no unpleasant taste) nor sandy, and literally everywhere hidden inside as each chopstick scoop revealed them.

For under $5, totally worth it.

The FoodI ordered a plate of fried hokkien mee which comes with 3 medium sized prawns and a few slices of sotong. Perfectly fried in thick savory stock that is rich in seafood fragrance fully absorbed by the noodles make it very delicious and irresistably flavorful. The prawns and sotong are all very fresh and juicyThe PriceReasonably priced at $4 per plateOverallI will definitely come back again and highly recommended to try this!

Came here for their mee,but i find that it doesn't taste as nice as the past It came with a huge dollop of sambal while it was very good sambal (quite spicy, not overly sweet), somehow it adulterated the pure taste of the noodles.the stock wasn’t as rich &hearty, there wasn’t enough wok hei aromaOverall i rate 6/10
