Even though whenever people talk about KFC, the first thing in mind will be their fingers licking good crispy fried chicken. However as for me, I am more keen to eat their coleslaw instead. The cabbage in it is always so crunchy and love those really thick mayonise sauce that are mixed in it, which are really fragrant and tasty. I miss the time when there are big bowl of it available at their outlets. Now only have small and medium bowls and the price is also quite expensive.

Ordered the student meal for zinger as it was the only thing left at around 9.15pm today. Felt that the zinger burger, the chicken is now smaller as compared to in the past. I wanted to order the bandito pocket initially but seems like they have removed it from the menu and i didnt even know that! Changed the mash potato to french fries and my meal only costs $4.50 which i thought was really reasonable too. Service was also not too bad although they were about to close soon already.

I realized I had been fondly eating the same kind of food very frequent of late, first was the wanton noodles and then now fried chicken! I really like KFC original reciepe fried chicken as the marination of herbs blended so well into the chicken yet not overpowering. I ordered a 2 pieces meal which was at $6.90 and I was glad that the battered skin was crispy and not oily, and I need not drain the oil with a serviette. Really finger licking good.

Helped a colleague to get this Zinger burger meal set to go at $6.70 inclusive of a drink(additional 80 cents if change of drink), whipped potato and a coleslaw. She has longed for it and said that it was still as good for the chicken was tender and the skin was crispy, the spicy marination and added a 'punch' to the burger.I took a bite and like it instantly as I normally would only ordered the original flavor and I was surprised that the spicy flavor was not too bad.

The KFC in Ngee Ann City just renovated and I like the bright cheery red chairs. Ordered a takeaway there. The Value meal is $6.10 and consists of a chicken burger, a chicken drumstick, a mashed potato and a cup of coke/soft drinks which is quite value for money. The food is served piping hot and the coke contains just the right amount of ice cubes. The service crew was also friendly.

I love KFC's student meals! The counter staff recommended me to try the Roasta burger student meal but I still went ahead with the Bandito Pocket Chicken to aid my fried chicken craving. I requested to have it how I usually would: no mayonnaise and more lettuce. It's just a personal dislike for mayonnaise. The Bandito chicken was good, fried but lean meat and really tasty, went well with the tortilla wrap and salsa sauce!
