I've heard that this bak kut teh is quite good, so decided to try it for lunch. Didn't wait for very long during peak lunch hours, and got a table in less than 5 minutes. The herbal chicken was quite good, although the broth not very flavourful; could also do with more soup. Portion is good for 1. I also tried their bak kut teh with intestines; not a fan of intestines, and the soup was very oily, didn't really like it.

Super nice. I mean, out of all the different bak kut teh i have eaten, this bak kut teh is the most unique one i ever tasted. The other soup base are mostly clear and "refreshing" with the black and white pepper spice, but this soup base on the other hand is more thick but yet still spicy . The thicker the soup base for this is, it tells me about the duration used to broth this dish that is so hard to handle . . The thicker the soup base for this is, it tells me about the duration used to broth this dish that is so hard to handle . The pork ribs are oh so tender that it does not require much effort from your teeth to remove it from it's bone. It literally "melts" in your mouth when it touches your tongue. No kidding. Yes, some parts of the meat might be a little bit fattening but hey, isn't it already fattening for you to consume bak kut teh? haha.
The pig trotters are ok - I don't really know how to enjoy the taste but i know a good pig trotters must used the correct amount of vinegar to bring out the best out of pig trotters and it's sauce. My colleagues love them and keeps on complementing it
.
*Try soaking all of the "you tiao" given in the soup base and enjoy !

am back at Leong Kee (Klang) Bak Kut Teh for their herbal style Malaysian Bak Kut Teh. I last visited this place in August last year. The Bak Kut Teh served in claypot was still as good with tender pork ribs that slipped off the bone easily. I ordered the mixed claypot hence it also came with other pig offal and pork belly (three layered pork). The You Cai with Oyster Sauce was light and refreshing. It always good to have a plate of greens to lessen my guilt with all the meats and pig offal.

stumbled upon this place after driving past one day , decided to give it a shot , the ba kut teh here is the kl type , the herbal broth instead of the pepper kind. the ba ku teh was very very good , the broth was rich and the pork ribs was sliding off the bone .there are a couple of other side dishes you can order as well such as shrimp paste chicken , you tiao , tau kua , , peanuts , salted vegetables and so on . the shrimp chicken was nice and flavourful aas well.

This is one of the best bak kut teh i've ever eaten in Singapore. Though its really crowded, and food takes a rather long time to be served, and it gets very hot in the coffeeshop so we perspired like mad while slurping down the soup, it was all worth it.We ordered bak kut teh and pig organ soup. I wasn't fond of pig organ soup in the first place, but this one was actually alright. It wasn't as smelly and there wasn't too much pepper in it. The bak kut teh was fantastic. We ordered bak kut teh and pig organ soup. I wasn't fond of pig organ soup in the first place, but this one was actually alright. It wasn't as smelly and there wasn't too much pepper in it. The bak kut teh was fantastic. There were many pieces of pork rib inside, the soup was so addictive i finished off the entire bowl and it also had just the right amount of pepper inside, unlike many other stalls i've tried.
