The sheng mee was alright, the sauce was not strongly flavored, so it feels a bit "healthier". Ingredients seemed fresh enough. And oh yah, chicken was used as the meat (instead of the usual pork) here. So, this is just a normal-tasting dish, nothing to shout about though.
