Fried tofu was nicely complemented by the sweet & sour chilly sauce. A good meal, I must say.Then again, if that was the standard for Chatterbox, where chicken rice cost about S$20++, I dun quite comprehend.I mean I would have expected something more impressive, or change my idea of chicken rice so much that I wont never consider eating chicken rice elsewhere.

These chicken feets selling at this shop is really glossy, soft and juicy. One of the best thing about this chicken feets is that they are boneless so is easy to eat without having to take a longer time to enjoy this dish. Used to be a ex-chef at the Chatterbox coffeehouse in Meritus Mandarin hotel. I was curious on the quality of the food. I bought my mum there for lunch. I ordered 2 sets of chicken rice. The chicken rice is ok, nothing special. Have to comment that the fried beancurd that comes with the chicken rice set was pretty good.
