Japanese food is famous of the fresh salmon.Actually i dint eat the real salmon before,i always the one which had cooked already. This is my first try.The salmon is cold and fresh, and it doesn't have the smelly taste.I thought it will taste like when it had been cooked, but it is not. This is really a good try,i should try it another time to enjoy the japanese style food.

goose liver 'foie gras' is really perfectly cooked. The outer layer is a bit crunchy and inner layer is so juicy. The sauce is sweet and salty and match well with foie gras. They serve a very generous portion and it is included in the buffet so is worth it !!
