來到新加坡第一歺，在牛車水竟然不是潮州菜、肉骨茶、胡椒蟹，而是東北菜烤串，蠻不錯！yummy yummy in Chinatown，因為他開得好夜，店內満満人頭！而且，烤肉香味，好吸引。招呼ok，落單快，用平板電腦。菜式較雜。由四川，東北風味，清炒都有。叫了皮蛋豆付，份量大，不太辛辡酸召雞腳，味道夠，口感質地清爽！水煮魚，色香味全韮菜盒子，好硬，韮菜唔夠香。水交子，也算可喜，皮不太厚，三鮮肉含有肉汁烤串牛、羊肉，新鮮、剛剛好，不太乾硬尤魚串也算有口感。

Main thing is this restaurant serves mainland oriented dishes, serving to many PRCs in Singapore. I applaud them for the extensive menus, several which I've never heard of, let alone tasting them. Lamb skewers are d*** cheap at $1 a piece. The dishes maybe a little on the oily side but hey, it does give me the "i'm in china" feel! Tried the 大拉皮during the last visit, interesting dish definitely which looks like super oily cold transparency kway teow but served cold. Will try to take more pics nex
