Decided to go for their Japanese bento instead of our usual fried rice.We ordered their grilled salmon set which turned out to be a disappointment. The set comes with white rice, some tiny bits of shredded carrots and cabbage with lump of mayonnaise. The grilled salmon was so so only and there were quite a lot of bones. As we dig further, we managed to find few strands of bean sprouts in the bento set.

Have been eating packed garlic fried rice from Koufu at Anchorpoint. Only realised today that it was actually packed from a Japanese stall, Osaka Cuisine.The garlic fried rice was quite fragrant and nicely fried. Usually we will add a fried egg to the fried rice. The fried egg is half-cooked and we like how the thick fluid egg yolk blend with the nice fried rice. Taste of this garlic fried rice was mild or subtle. Couldn't appreciate it initially as I prefer my food to be stronger in taste.

I wanted to eat something healthy for the day since I've been eating fattening foods for days already. The Mushroom Hotplate looked yummy so that was what I ordered. The sauce where the shrooms were cooked were too peppery. Maybe it's to compensate for the lack of beef taste. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my meal.It also come with veggies and miso soup. The miso was served first and it was so hot, it really warmed up my hungry stomach while I was waiting for my order. The veggies also tasted like the

When I had my lunch at Koufu Anchorpoint, I would made it a point to check what is the Today's special set from this Osaka Cuisine Stall. Today, just nice, they have my favourite salmon and shrimp set on the today's special menu so it's much cheaper. The real set looks similar to that of the display set except the real set have the sauce to dip the fried prawn into. The salmon has reduced in potion. The last I visited I remembered getting two slices of the salmon and fried prawns, fried tapioca
