Pepper chicken rice

Was shopping at this newly opened shopping mall with my nephew and decided to check out the pepper lunch stall in this food court. The environment is very comfortable and cooling. I have ordered their pepper chicken rice, which the rice is fragrant and not soggy. The chicken meat is very tender and juicy which has been lightly marinated with the pepper. The added corns has make this dish very crunchy and sweet as well. Not too bad actually!

If you are prepared to have the barberqued smell all over your body and clothing after having this DIY hot stove rice, then you should try this steak rice from Pepper Lunch. The beef meat is quite tender and juicy and is very easy to cook over the hot stove. You can choose the right texture you want by monitoring the times you want to spend in cooking it. The generous amount of beansprouts and sweet corns added in it also make this dish very nutritious and great for everyone.
