I've to agree with the previous review, their intestines are quite cleaned as compared to a lot of others one out there which might give a turn-off smell and taste. I tried their kway chap while my friend tried their preserved vege with pork. For my friend who tried their preserved veg with pork, she told me that she really appreciate that their preserved veg was well-cleaned as it really takes a lot of effort to cook the preserved veg. (tried to make herself but fail
). Kudos to them for taking the effort to wash the preserved veg.

Overall, I think it is worth trying.

Most importantly is the skill of cleansing some of these pork items and the braising of
good quality sauce to go along with this dish.

Many may have the misconception that all the pig parts are boiled or cooked together.

The kway chap I ordered from the Pig Soup at Giant Mart is quite good. The dish consists of pig intestines, braised pork, smooth pork skin (good collagen), braised eggs and braised bean curd.

There were no off putting flavour but very clean-tasting of the intestines. The braising sauce was slightly salty. The kway is nice and smooth. Wow the chill dip is suitably tangy and appetizing.
