I ordered the kway chap ($4.50) from this pig organ stall. The flat noodles is smooth and nice in texture. The soup base is alright, you could taste the herbs and spices flavour in it. The ingredients of the dish include the stewed hard-boiled egg, bean curd and pork slices. The pork meat is tender and quite well-seasoned. However, I reckon the egg is not soak in the gravy long enough to absorb the flavour.
