We always see long queue in front of this stall whenever we pass by.We decided to give it a try this time. This stall sells vegetarian food, they seems to be famous with their vegetarian bee hoon as I saw many customers ordering it.Finally, here comes our food. This is vegetarian bee hoon. The gravy taste slightly bland to me, but it does have a bit of wok hei in it.The vegetarian noodle was ordered by sister, the gravy is of darker color. My sister thought it was an average noodle too.

Residents of Bukit Batok East wouldn't be unfamiliar to this vegetarian stall which has long queues during the weekends!! I usually get my fix of vegetarian food craving during the weekends, so I will have to wait a little but the queue moves pretty fast! It looks pretty simple right? The gravy makes the fried beehoon so much tastier. You can choose from either the thin noodles or beehoon, or a mix of both, but usually the crowd after 10am only gets beehoon.
Apart from the vegetables, like cabbage and string beans, it always amazes me how tasty each mock vegetarian ingredient is! I heard that all of the ingredients are prepared by the stall- fresh quality guaranteed I suppose? Thumbs up!

I usually do a take away and they make the extra effort to separate the beehoon and the gravy. Wonderful ya! If you are there, just go join the queue and try their food. You’ll then understand why they’re popular! But go before 11am will be the safest bet, I think they close once they are sold out. Oh it's $2.30 for a usual plate of vegetarian beehoon/noodles! If u wish to add on extra ingredients or noodles/beehoon, it would be $3! Sometimes spring rolls are being sold too!
