The laksa soup base was very bland and it seemed as though they had forgotten to add in an ingredient. I tried adding chilli paste inside to no avail so they probably did not cook it well or it just tasted that way. It is priced at $4.50 and is reasonable but not worth it as the taste falls below standard. Perhaps this will suit the health-conscious more as I think they did not add much coconut milk in it.

Cheap and fantastic food you can find at JEM. This would be the place where you can find very good food and yet affordable compared to the restaurant you go. They have various of sizzling wok dishes such as nonya fried rice, beef horfun and nasi pattaya.
