Went to this restaurant near my house for two times already, both are to have their steamboat buffet. I love spicy food!! Sichuan steamboat here i come!!these are the appetizers:-Domestic Trivia Bean Curdsome bean curd or tofu thing which is well seasoned and served cold. pickled cucumbers! refreshing and good appetizer to start the feast!Sliced Beef and Ox Tongue in Chilli SauceCrunchy and tasty sliced beef and ox tongue in Sichuan type chillies. Cold yet spicy.The feast started! Lots of stuffs cooked in the SICHUAN MA LA soup base. SLurppPP!! The ingredients were only served after ordered although it's buffet basis. Anyway this will be more clean and the service staff will bring them to your table whenever you ordered it.Mantou! The outer crust was crispy and hot coz it's deep fried right after order. Poured some condensed milk on top, and it's just perfect.pumpkin ball with red bean pasteA bit too oily but it is still tasty.
