Walking around at this hawker centre, I cannot find the fancy one for my lunch. My colleague told me there was a famous Fish Soup stall, it worth a try. Indeed, Shi Zhen Yu Tang always used the freshest seafood to cook their soup and their quality never dropped. The queue was not that long, three orders in front of us. Stall was clean and well-maintained, layboss was friendly too.Self-service basis, we placed order and took our bowl towards our table. Pipping hot, the fragrant steamed smoke came out unstoppable. Milky broth was appealing, taste was just nice. Fish was perfectly cooked with the flesh remained tender and firm, soupy portion delivered. I opted for rice instead of noodles, more filling and satisfied. The price was $4.00, not too cheap but acceptable. continue reading
