Okayama ($15)
Maple & genmaicha cured salmon, onsen egg, steamed broccoli, sweet corn, baby spinach, romaine, butterhead lettuce, soba noodle, and wafu dressing.
The salmon has a slight sweet taste to it. Overall quite a refreshing and tasty dish. It is nicely packed in a box even for dine in.

*Katherine had the healthy base (comprising buckwheat soba, romaine and butterhead lettuce, spinach), brocooli, edamame & seaweed, as well as momotaro tomato and sauce of truffle balsamic vinegar. The colours were lush and fresh, and it tasted good according to her.

I had the light base (comprising romaine and butterhead lettuce, spinach and tomato), salmon sashimi, onsen egg, sliced almond & cashew, parmasan with wafu plum dressing. It was utterly delicious, especially after I poked the egg and allowed it to flow over my salad. The ingredients were crisp and fresh, making for a tasty, healthy and satisfying meal.
