was at Nex for lunch. visit Sian Kitchen. Was quite empty as late afternoon, we ordered fish head tom yam, Thai style satay and some drinks. Served about 10mins, satay is good like those Indonsian style more and taste good with those satay sauce thick and a lot of peanuts. Here come the fish head. the gravy with watery type and like sweet sour taste. the fish is big enough for 2. I thought was tom yam and fish head. LOL. Overall experience is good. I went to siam kitchen for a meal. I ordered their pandan chicken. the pandan chicken was really delicious but you can only taste the goodness after you remove the pandan leaf. The pandan leaf is very hard to remove. It flakes everywhere and dirty your plate. But the chicken inside is well marinated, the meat is tender and juicy. it is not too oily. It has this dip for you to dip your chicken in, it enhances the flavor of the chicken.

I thought the mini tom yum hotpot looked rather appealing as dinner so I decided to give Siam Kitchen a try. The hotpot set consisted of a bowl of rice and tang hoon, plus a plate of vegetables, prawns, chicken and fish.
