The stall is manned by an elderly Uncle. He is always friendly, smiling and attentive. This stall is famous for their soya bean milk and beancurd with dumplings. Their soya bean drink is one of the better ones that i ever tasted. I enjoyed the aromatic soya bean taste with just the right level of concentration with a pretty minimum sweetness level. Their soya bean milk is definitely of a healthier choice.

I had this bowl of freshly made beancurd with glutinous rice balls. The lady boss asked whether i want a mix of two different flavor of glutinous rice balls which are the sesame and peanut.I agreed with her since i can taste both flavor in a bowl. The beancurd is very smooth like jelly texture. The fun part of eating mixed flavor rice ball is that you will never know what you will get next.Every mouthful of smooth beancurd and the rice ball is really satisfying.

Soyako is another great place to drop by if you’re looking for some really good beancurd. I like their beancurd as it is not too sweet. I particular am hooked on to th beancurd with gingko nuts as their gingko nuts are quite sweet and well boiled. The serving is also quite big. Value for money!

I always like to patronise Soyako for their Dou Hua as they do a good job with the Beancurd. It's smooth and the syrup is not too sweet. The addition of Tang Yuan (Glutinous Rice Balls) makes it more interesting in terms of texture. I am sure the Tang Yuan was not handmade but commercially sourced but that did not spoil my dessert.

Brought a bowl of Beancurd with peanut Tang Yuan.Firstly, the Beancurd is smooth and has a rich flavour, not very bland. As for the peanut Tang Yuan, it was well cooked, soft texture with a strong peanut flavour fillings. Overall the taste was acceptable, not very sweet, just nice.

This is one of the not so many stalls that are still making their own bean curd in Singapore. The texture is very much smoother and finer, it is so much firmer and not watery. It is freshly made daily with no preservative added. Everything like ginko nuts, peanuts, peanuts soup and glutinous rice balls are prepared right at the stall. I would not mind paying a little extra for the quality. I ordered a bean curd with peanuts, the sweetness is well-balanced, peanuts were soft and nice and needles

I ordered a bean curd with peanuts, the sweetness is well-balanced, peanuts were soft and nice and needless to talk further on the awesomeness of their bean curd.

If you want a dessert to complement your meal then you might get something you like from this stall. Recommended.

This shop specialized on selling soya related product and i love the beancurd here. It is smooth and rich in soya taste. There is a machines in the store that grinds the soya bean, which act as an assurance to customers that the food are freshly made and not from some random factory. The soya milk with glass jelly is another of my favorite from the shop, and usually when i order it i would not ask for less syrup (which i do if i just ordered plain soya milk). Bt Timah Food centre. Walk up and the stall is just about in the centre. A young boy was in front of me, and ordered No. 8. like it's his regular. I looked up, and saw only 1-7 on display. Hmmm. Must be a regular customer. I am at the right stall !!I went on to order soya bean curd with ginko nuts and another one with tang yuan. It's simply heavenly - so silky. And the tang yuan added a tinge of difference. Okay, I am almost salivating now as I write. I will be back next week. Grade : *A*(PS: So

(PS: Sorry, I didn't take photos of the soya bean curd. Trust me, it's great)

Soyako's beancurd is really smooth, like pudding jelly. Also, a 50% mix with soya milk enhances the overall 'bean' flavor. Do remember to ask for less syrup though as I did so and it only turned out just fine. $2 for a bowl of beancurd with 3 tang yuans. I've heard that it originally came from Beach Road and used to be $1.50 for 4 tangyuans, guess popularity does its trick. Personally find the tang yuans alright only as no surprise, its similar to those you could conveniently find, prepacked in

A good silky fix to the end of a local delights meal.
