I ordered their premium nasi lemak. It has deep fried chicken wing, peanuts and ikan bilis, fried whole fish, luncheon meat, egg, sambal long bean and a slice of cucumber. First bite of the pandan rice, it was fluffy with hint of savoury coconut aroma. The rest of the ingredients were OK except sambal long bean and chicken wing. First bite of the pandan rice, it was fluffy with hint of savoury coconut aroma. The rest of the ingredients were OK except sambal long bean and chicken wing. Deep fried chicken wing is the star of the dish, light batter with really crispy outside and succulent inside, can’t stop eating it. Long beans maintained its crisp green colour with great sambal taste, surprisingly good for such little side dish.Having said that their sambal chilli is a bit runny and it isn’t spicy hot at all, there is room to improve if they need to.
