ST Bakery (Closed)

I have no idea why this branch of ST Bakery is listed as "closed" because it has been there for the longest time ever, and I just walked past it a couple of days ago. They sell a wide variety of bread and cakes, and also waffles that are prepared upon ordering; tried their waffle before and it was not bad. I got the curry bread, which costs $2 for a packet. The filling was alright, not too spicy, but the bread was not as soft, like any typical bun.

this place sells the same kuehs as some other hawker centre stalls. apparently it is because it is not made by this bakery or the hawker but by a third party. same price. same taste. not too bad. but not as good as bengawan solo. nice colours. pretty cheap. cheaper than bengawan solo. not sure how fresh it is but it tastes pretty fresh. tastes a bit mass produced and powdery - not soft like bengawan solo. recommended for convenience and a quick snack.

This bakery really serves some cheap food man! The soon kueh here tastes so fantastic! The fillings are practically stuffed till the soon kueh sizes up. The skin is thick and springs a lot. Not only are the fillings much, they taste darn good too. Best thing is that it’s halal and it’s not too salty.
