Strictly Pancakes (Closed)

The menu at strictly pancakes offers a varieties of pancakes with different combination. This time i tried the garlic buttered prawn pancakes. Although it might sound a little different, but it actually taste really good! The portion looks quite small because there are only 5 prawns and 3 pancakes, it is quite filling after eating it. I guess it is because of the butter cream, it actually smells like eating spaghetti with cream sauce, just that it is pancakes.

I'm not a big fan of pancakes, but this fusion variety struck me and I wanted to have something them for breakfast. Great except for the 30 minute wait and by the time the food arrived, I almost forgot to take a picture of the yummy food! Luckily my friend reminded me !

Garlic buttered prawn! THIS IS THE BEST OF THE SAVOURY!personally, i like the concept of this pancake fusion. It is very interesting! For the butter we chose rum and raisin. The maple syrup is so good! The butter is so awesome that i completed everything!I will recommend this place for anyone who want to have a nice and cosy place to slack or chill. The service display by the staff is excellent!

Honestly, i am not a fan of pancakes! But this shop will change your opinion about pancakes! And if you are a pancake lover, then you will definetely love this place! This place is call Strictly pancake! It is located at douby ghaut! We got seated at the 2nd floor and started look at the wonderful menu. There is wide variety of pancake fusion to choose from! You willl be spoilt for choice!I chose this sweet type, with 2 bars of kinder bueno which is my fav!!

well once again we came to this place to have pan cakes for lunch~! they serve more than just normal pan cake that we eat in the morning.. this plate of pan cake is called a la king chicken... its black pepper chicken with 2 big asparagus.. healthy and taste really good .. we had ice tea for our drink =)

My friend and I decided to have breakfast at Strictly Pancakes after reading rave reviews about it. We arrived there at 11am on Saturday and the place was packed! We had to wait for a table for about 30 minutes.By that time, I was famished. When I checked their menu, the pancakes with sweetened bananas, syrup, and vanilla ice cream seemed to call on me. After having dinner at Plaza SIng one day, I decided to pop in to strictly pancakes with my my boyfriend to satisfy my craving. We ordered the chocolate pancake with cherries filled with alcohol and ice cream. The pancake was thick and filling but twasted really good! Would have made a good meal for me!

Banana-scotched pancakes with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. ($11)The banana was perfectly scotched and the syrup given was quite generous. My first encounter with strictly pancakes was great. The service was fast and efficient, we had to wait for only 15-20 mins when they told us around 45 mins as i went with a big group (10 people) and it was full house with reservations before us. This was my second time dining in at strictly pancakes. As usual, I had to make reservation in order to secure good seats for dinner. We took our order and it took quite sometime to be served (maybe they have too many orders? I don't know). So my self chosen american breakfast came, pancakes with chipolata sausages and scrambled egg. It's been a long time that i dint eat pancake ad.I still remember this shop.My friends always recommend me to go.This pancake is so special.The shape is more like the Japanese pancake.Small and extra thick.I like the super thick juicy homemade beef patty with sautéed mushrooms and a side of arugula salad.It served well done.The beef is really nice and fresh.But the vege is abit weird.I dint ate that before.

craving for some pan cakes~i had my first attempt in Melbournewell i had this for breakfast.. with fried egg and mushroomthe pancake was fluffy and soft.. well mixed with egg and the mushroom taste.. perhaps add some black pepper would do good.price wise seems ok.. maybe i can try other pancake for dinner next time.

I dined in at strictly pancakes as I was told that they serve really great pancakes over there. To be honest, I think it is really overrated. Yes the pancakes are nice, but after a few more bites, you tend to get sick of the taste. So for people who are going to dine in there, just order the “short stack”!

Went to Strictly pancakes since the name is already interesting on its own ! when we reached, we noticed that the shop logo is kinda of cute too ! order the pancake set that comes with omelette, saugages and mushrooms in the middle of pancake ! First time eat pancake that goes with so many side dishes ! Lastly, have an Orea drink to fill up my satisfying stomach ! yum yum
