I was quite amazed that there was actually a Swee Heng available in NUH. I bought a Ham pork floss seaweed roll! It was really nice and a right to choose if you didn't want your stomach. I like the savoury taste of it especially the floss mixed with the seaweed. A little salty and a bit sweet, best combination of the world. It think it was just baked thus it left a soft texture of the bread and that can be bite easily. However, it will taste better with more pork floss in it.

Seriously I never doubt the products from Swee Heng because since young, my mum has been bringing us to the nearest outlet from our house to buy cakes, breads and other stuff from them. And now with us all grown up, we still love their stuff like in the past.

My brother introduce me to one of their bread and that is Egg Mayo with Floss ($1.60). I think it should be chicken floss because they are Halad certified. It is awesome and you can't imagine that the egg mayo and floss can be such a wonderful combination. To me, the proportion of both are just enough for the size of bread. So every bite is egg mayo and floss. The egg mayo is fresh and sweet. So this is a good choice for your breakfast if you are in a rush. It is located inside Kopitiam and with the Kopitiam card, you will get discount too. So try it. They have other stuff like donuts, kuehs and sort available at their counter.
