After dinner, I had Soda float at Daily scoop. I chose the cheaper type of root beer and added my all- time favourite: hazelnut Haven. It costs $3.80, the gassy feeling from the root beer drink and the sweetness of the ice cream makes the whole root beer float nice.

The Daily Scoop is clearly one of the better local ice cream stores in Singapore. Ice cream was thick, creamy but not super milky, flavourful with real bits, and just hard enough to scoop-n-eat. Moreover, the ice cream is cheap and nice. I ordered a single scoop cone ice cream with a minty mint flavour selected. The minty mint ice cream is very refreshing and it mixed well with vanilla.

i bought some ice cream to my friend’s place to hang out. I bought the lychee martini and durian flavours. The lychee martini taste really good, love the faint alcoholic taste. The lychee taste goes really well with the martini. The durian on the other hand was much stronger in taste. The ice cream is very creamy. I really enjoy the ice cream!

i know there are people who likes "crispy" waffles, so if you are the kind who's into the "soft & fluffy" version, The Daily Scoop does it BEST.i love the green tinted waffles you can get from neighbourhood bakeries (especially the ones from Bread Garden at Bukit Batok — great for a quick waffle/snack/tea time/breakfast fix; SO soft and chewy) and haven't been able to come across any that could rival that, UNTIL The Daily Scoop. the waffles here are lighter and fluffier... so crazy good! i like

i like light ice cream flavours and have only tried the minty mint and strawberry shortcake flavours here. i really liked minty mint. ballsy mint was my go-to every time at Udders and it was a far cry from what i had here at TDS. i'm definitely going to come back for minty mint forever after. the strawberry shortcake tasted sourish(like yogurt) and had real cake bits inside. it's really not bad.

the cafe itself is very simply decorated and understated, and is located in a very secluded area, which is a real pity. even with the place crowded sometimes, the cafe always feels serene.. perfect for hot afternoons with your boyfriend!

A nice place to laze one's afternoon away at The Daily Scoop cafe.

Went once with my friend and I fail in love with the place straight away.
The wall design is so adorable cute that I thought I am entering into a
nursery school.

My friend intro me to have their waffle with a scoop of 'simply chocolate'
ice-cream on top of it and it taste marvelous! The chocolate taste is so
heavy and it goes well with the waffle! Damn nice!

I was told that all their ice-cream are all hand-churned and made in-store
by their staff which explains why the taste of each flavors are so heavy and
nice. Really worth the money and hassle going down as the location of the
store is located quite inaccessible for public transport hence it'd be better if
you've got your own transports.

Overall, it is a nice place serve with so many unique flavors of ice-cream.
Do visit, as it is 100% worth!

I know that The Daily Scoop has another outlet at Chip Bee Gardens, somewhere off Holland Village.I love TDS's ice-cream as they are so reasonably priced and the large variety of flavors available. As usual, we were excited about which flavor to take and after a few sampling of the ones we hadn't try before, I decided on the Simply Chocolate(dark chocolate) and he took the Mint with chocolate chunks. We had a single scoop each on a waffle cone.

We decided to have it to-go though as we found the air-conditional too cold.

Out of the numerous local ice cream parlors I have visited, the Daily Scoop is probably second only to Tom's Palette. Utterly avocado contained a fair amount of creamy pulp was lusciously smooth and rich. The intense matcha flavor in the green tea and red beans ice cream left me equally satisfied. As the ice cream portions here are pretty generous, I would advise one not to go for more than two scoops ($5.20) at a go after a meal.

While Tom's Palette remains as my favorite, The Daily Scoop is one of the better ice cream parlors around. All the flavors are hand-churned on the premises, and milkshakes and soda floats are also available.Being a huge huge fan of the fruit, I thoroughly enjoyed the pungent pulp-studded durian ice cream. It was a tad frozen though. Salted Mister Brown- chocolate ice-cream studded with brownie bits and brown sugar bits, spiced up by a generous addition of sea salt- also pleased, but I still love

Mango Magic, Utterly Avocado and Green Tea with red beans were decent as well. Chunky Peanut Butter ice cream tasted just like like peanut butter, but in the form of a silky cool cream! However, hazelnut, mint and strawberry shortcake paled in comparison in the flavors formerly mentioned. I also had a forkful of my friend's warm chocolate brownie, which definitely left me greedy for more- I've got to order a portion for myself sometime!

I am a huge fan of desserts, especially when it comes to chocolate ones. I could say I'd rank ice-cream on top of my list. Ice-cream from Daily Scoop are home-made and they are a must-try. Had a double scoop, Simply Chocolate(plain dark choc ice-cream) flavour and Mint w/ chocolate chunks. Told ya I'm a chocolateholic. If you wanna be more adventurous, they've got exotic flavors such as Little Miss Garlicky(garlic and cheese ice-cream). I took a taste and it didn't quite please my taste buds tho

My bowl of 3 scoops ($6):

Ginger Crumble — sweet ginger ice cream with a sprinkling of crystallised ginger. The star of the night!

Utterly Avocade — a blend of avocado and gula melaka. Beautifully smooth and creamy consistency.

Cha — earl grey tea sorbet. Light and refreshing~
