For the first course :
Sparkling Wine to start with the steamed dumpling.
Funny to have wine with Chinese food, but then again wine goes well with seafood.
Steamed Abalone Dumpling : Colorful, sticky but thin skin.
Steamed Prawn Dumpling with Chives : A very well made piece.
For the second course :
Long Jing : A kind of unfermented green tea, light in taste.
Deep-fried Crab Roll with Shredded Abalone : normal.
Minced Meat Dumpling in Sour and Superior Stock : The soup looks spicy but not spicy at all.
Deep-fried Prawn Dumpling with Mayonnaise : normal.
Sichuan Knife-shredded Noodle with Shredded Abalone : The noodle is soft and smooth.
For the dessert course :
Feng Huang Dan Cong ( Oolong Tea) : Not the usual oolong tea you find at the bubble tea shops. It tastes light with a bit of honey aftertaste.
Deep-fried “Huai Shan” Dumpling : Very light and crispy. The filling really tastes like yam.
Chilled Osmanthus Dumpling : A jelly like dessert.
Homemade Bean Curd with Wolfberry : Oh it is very silky in taste.
