i decided to order the nasi lemak rice from this stall. apparently the rice cost cheaper than their bee hoon and the auntie was pretty generous with the amount of rice that was given. i ordered the fried ngoh hiang. i thought it was pretty good as it was very juicy and the meat they used was very fresh. i also ordered their fish fillet and hashed brown. both were deep fried till very crispy and i was lucky to get mine piping hot and crispy.

I opted for a healthier choice breakfast when I ordered from this economical bee hoon stall. Instead of ordering all the fried food, I ordered two vegetables and a fish fillet. The fish fillet tasted like normal fish fillet you get from all the economical bee hoon stall. What makes or break the food is the vegetables and how they are good. this stall vegetables are really good. I ordered the braised bean curd fry with long beans and stir fry chinese cabbage. At some stalls, the stir fry chinese

At some stalls, the stir fry chinese cabbage is very oily and some even tasteless, but for this stall, the cabbage is not oily at all and it was seasoned well. the long bean was very crunchy and the braised beancurd made it taste even nicer. a great way to start the day.

Not many Economical Bee Hoon stalls have fried mee tai mak. So I decided to give it a try. I think mee tai mak fry with back sauce actually taste really good. I am not usually a fan of mee tai mak cos my mother will always buy mee tai mak soup when I am sick. The mee tai mak at this stall is very chewy and it does not stick to the teeth. I ordered a vegetable dish and a fried luncheon meat. I think their vegetables is really good, not too overcooked and it goes well with the fried mee tai mak.

My mother went marketing pretty early and she helped my sister and I take away breakfast. She bought the Econ bee Hoon from the dim sum stall. As she went down super early, all the ingredients were very fresh. Most of the fried food she bought for us was very crispy. I exceptionally like the ngoh hiang, it was very crispy on the outside. The filling was very juicy. The bee Hoon and noodles were very hot and so they tasted really good as well. I conclude that the best time to buy the food is earl

This stall despite being called “tim sum” sells mostly economical bee hoon. I ordered their bee hoon and noodles with three dishes, the fried popiah, the ngoh hiang and their fish fillet. I was not very impressed with the dishes. The fried popiah was a little dry, the fillings in the popiah did not have much moisture in it. The ngoh hiang was kind of hard as if left there for some time. The fish fillet was not too bad cos it was just fried. Looks like you have to go earlier so the fried food wil

The long bean is a dish to order with your economical bee hoon, it is seasoned perfectly and very tasty, goes well with everything. The fish fillet is depp fried till very crispy and rather juicy too, unlike other places where it is hard and dry.

Visited Yi Jia coffee shop for tea on Sunday afternoon. Ordered a plate of Lor mai kai to go with my milk tea. Surprisingly the lor mai kai does not taste as bad. Although the meat is very fatty and only a few pieces but the glutinous rice is nice and soft and the flavour is good. I paid $1.50 for it and judging for the serving the price is quite ok.

I was feeling lazy on a Sunday afternoon and hence decided to get settle my lunch nearby and within walking distance. Thus I also decided to follow what my stomach want me to eat and bought a pack of nasi lemak. I ordered 3 side dishes, egg, ngog hiong and fish fillet to go with the nasi lemak rice. The egg was not well cooked as the egg white and yolk was still abit liquid. On the other hand the ngog hiong and fish fillet tasted better. The ngog hiong’s filling was rich and tasty. The fish fill

I was a little troubled on what to have for lunch. I decided to try the fried mee tai mak from the tim sum stall. what attracted me was the array of fried food they have. It was all fried till golden brown, very tempting and appealing. The mee tai mak was also fried to a glossy brown colour, so mouth watering. In the end, I settled for the mee tai mak with a luncheon meat and vegetables. the vegetables were cooked quite tastily. Goes well with the mee tai mak!

Do not be mistaken by the stall name, TIM SUM, they actually sell economic nasi lemak. It is rather cheap, I ordered fish fillet, hot dog, luncheon meat and ikan bilis and the auntie only charged me two dollars and seventy cents. The rice she served me is nasi lemak rice, very fragrant. Apparently all the dishes I ordered is all meat and for a price of $2.70, it is indeed worth it!
