Tim Sum - Yi Jia Food Centre (Closed)

My mother went marketing pretty early and she helped my sister and I take away breakfast. She bought the Econ bee Hoon from the dim sum stall. As she went down super early, all the ingredients were very fresh. Most of the fried food she bought for us was very crispy. I exceptionally like the ngoh hiang, it was very crispy on the outside.
