I was impressed by the superior quality of the rice, every golden yellow grain is filled with delightful chicken essence with remarkable fragrance. The steamed chicken is fresh and tasty but not exactly boneless as its name suggests. The chicken soup is also outstanding in terms of flavour and aroma. If you are a fan of chicken rice, Tong Fong Fatt is a must try. It is certainly one of the more delicious chicken rice in Singapore.

I was at Ghim Moh and decided to pack lunch back. Each of my children have different preference so luckily I had my hubby with me to help with the queueing at other stalls. Even reaching home, the chicken rice is still warm and the smell of the chicken rice is very evident and fragrant. The skin of the chicken is rather fatty, so omit it if you are conscious about the fats. Removing the skin will not have any effect on the chicken, because the chicken meat is tender enough to be eaten without the skin. The chilli here is also spicy enough for me and pairing it with the chicken and the rice makes this plate of chicken rice even more tasty.

This is one of the most popular stalls in this food centre with a number of photographs and media clippings on display.I ordered a packet of chicken drumstick rice at $3.50. Their rice has gotten a distinctive chicken broth taste in a pretty good texture. The chicken drumstick was deboned and served along with a piece of tomato and a few slices of cucumber. Their chilli was of a rather good standard. It has gotten the balance of chilli and lime spot on.

Long queue usually expected during lunch.

I have heard of this place for long, and finally got the chance to try it out. One can easily spot the stall, as it is constantly a long queue of people waiting patiently. When reaching the front of the queue, I saw the photos of MM Lee and President Nathan, apparently they are a fans of this chicken rice stall too. Seeing the number of chickens being hang in the stall, you would know how good their business is. The soup is so nice, with very concentrated chicken flavour. The chicken is so tende

The soup is so nice, with very concentrated chicken flavour. The chicken is so tender, and the sauce that poured on top of the chicken is not quite the same as the soy sauce you could find elsewhere. Great taste for a good price ($2.50)!

My parents and I drove to ghim moh food centre for lunch. We ordered their boneless chicken rice. it was really good. I am quite a lazy person so, when I heard about boneless chicken rice, of course I was keen. The chicken is very smooth and tender. The gravy was a little salty but went really well with the rice and the chicken. The skin did cause the gravy to be a little oily but other than that it was quite a delicious plate of chicken rice!

This chicken rice stall is one of my favourite. They separate the chicken from the rice, making it like a set and best of all it costs only $2.50! All the chicken pieces do not have bones or skin, which is good, because I do not like fatty skin. Without bones, it is also much easier to eat the meat! The rice is fragrant and the chili sauce is quite spicy but it makes the meal more tasty. Go early to avoid the queue especially on Sundays because many people pack packets of rice home for lunch!
