Generous is what I will say about their ingredients. Big fishballs and meatballs, pork liver and pork meat slices occupy most of the space of the bowl.Just look at the bowl!The huge fishballs give the Q-Q texture, nice! Don't choke on them Meatballs are surprisingly tender and flavourful.The pork liver was not over cooked nor under cooked, not powdery, no blood signs.Fish cake was similar to that of the fishball, springy.All items were well timely cooked, the meat weren't soggy, noodles as well.
