I was looking for a good Japanese cheesecake so did a google search and saw some rave reviews about Uncle Tetsu.  Went to buy one. Japanese Cheesecakes that are light and fluffy. Great taste of cream cheese without being too rich in flavor. Freshly baked in the store, hand made and piping hot out of the oven. Some people like to eat it while its warm, but others have said it taste great after refridgeration. At S$9.90 per original cake it's definitely value for money!
