At first plan to have something else for lunch, until I see people walking past me with the huge piece of chicken cutlet. I tell myself I got to have that too. Instead of the usual side salad, I have it replaced with coleslaw, which tastes quite tangy. I think a little bit more sugar will do the trick. With the choice of plain rice or pasta, I select pasta to go with the chicken. The chicken is such a big piece that I could not finish it. It is very crispy on the outside, but juicy inside. For just $4.00, it is really a good deal.

Chicken Afritada? What is it? Since it is on the menu board today, I decide to try it out. Chicken Afritada is a Filipino version of Chicken stew. It is a dish with an interesting blend of ingredients - from soy sauce and ginger, to tomato sauce and sweet peas, best served over hot rice.
