Petit Provence is a kiosk version of Provence which sells Provence bakes to take away or consume on-the-go. It also sells lesser items, mainly limited to the more popular ones. I notice that they stress and promote more on the wassants as they are placed in the main light of the kiosk, with signs of the current promotion of wassants, "5 for $3.20, 10 for $6.40". Usually Provence only sells them in a set of 10. Dozen trays of freshly baked wassants can be seen in the kitchen too. I bought 5 of them today, 2 kaya, 2 custard and 1 chocolate. The custard was extremely good as usual, kaya was great this time too but the chocolate sadly, was rather dry today. With that said, I mean both the wassant dough and chocolate flavoring. The cocoa smell was distinct but the taste was barely there.
