i went to try out the food at eat at Taipei, their dinner timing start at 6pm and already there is a large crowd outside. I ordered their ji pa, oyster and pig intestine mee sua and oyster omelette. I was very disappointed with the food, the ji pa cost more than five dollars just the portion is very small. Totally not worth the money paid. Then oyster and pig intestine mee sua is rather disappointing to me as well. the mee sua taste like bee hoon that crunchiness. The gravy was not thick enough

i went to try out the food at eat at Taipei, their dinner timing start at 6pm and already there is a large crowd outside. The gravy was not thick enough and they did not provide vinegar and pepper as well. the most disappointing dish of the day was the oyster omelette, when they served it, our hearts just dropped. The picture I took is how they served us, so unappetizing. It is not have enough starch mixture and for authentic Taiwanese oyster omelette, they will added a lot of sauce on top, but this one, they just served on a saucer. I guess they want to make it more Singapore like. The bill was rather expensive as well.
