It's Friday and everywhere is crowded with queues. As both of us have not tried Empire State, we decide it out. Although the queue is long, but it moves quite fast. As Halloween is coming, the place is decorated in tune with fakes spider webs, spiders, masks. We start our meal with Seafood Chowder ($6.90++). It is quite creamy and full of seafood bits. For mains, we are sharing Empire State BBQ Ribs ($15.90/ Half Slab), served with fries and mesclun salad. The ribs is fork tender and licking good.

]For mains, we are sharing Empire State BBQ Ribs ($15.90/ Half Slab), served with fries and mesclun salad. The ribs is fork tender and licking good. One can easily tear the meat off the bones. It tastes soft and juicy, full of flavour. Best of it, the serving is huge. We could not finish half of it. Another main course which we are having is Crab Fat Pasta ($13.90). The pasta is overcooked, as it is too soft in texture. Overall it tastes like overcooked pasta in spicy tomato, garlicky, creamy sauce, topped with a few shrimps. There is no crab fat to be found (Actually what is crab fat?). If you submit a feedback about the restaurant on online, you will be given an e coupon which entitles you to a free dessert. As for us, we receive 2 scoops of chocolate chip ice cream, topped with whipped cream and cherry. Yummy.
There is 10% discount for OCBC credit card holders. Total we have paid $46.18 after discount. Wait quite a while for the bill. Finally come after asking a few passing staffs for it.
